1. Our Privacy Commitment
Your privacy is our priority. 75 Soft: Reset (the "App") is designed to be a private, local-first tool for tracking your 75 Soft journey. We believe your health and fitness data belongs to you, and you alone.
2. No Data Collection
We do not collect, store, or have access to any of your personal data.
- No Accounts: You are not required to create an account or provide an email address to use the App.
- No Servers: We do not operate any external servers to store your weight entries, task progress, journal entries, or photos.
- No Tracking: We do not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs that track your behavior.
3. Data Storage & Technology
The App utilizes Apple’s secure on-device technologies to manage your data:
Local Storage (SwiftData)
All challenge entries, weight logs, and journal reflections are stored directly on your physical device.
iCloud Sync
If you have iCloud enabled, your data is synced across your personal Apple devices via Apple’s encrypted infrastructure. The Developer has no access to this sync process.
4. Journaling & User Content
All journal entries are stored securely on your device and are protected by iOS system-level encryption.
Zero Access: We cannot read, share, or analyze your journal entries. There is no "cloud processing" of your text.
5. Camera and Photos
To document your progress, the App requires access to your Camera and Photo Library.
- Local Processing: Photos are stored locally on your device or in your personal iCloud Photo Library.
- No Uploads: Your photos are never uploaded to any server controlled by the Developer.
6. Required Reason APIs
In accordance with Apple’s requirements, we declare the use of the UserDefaults API (via @AppStorage) solely to store local user preferences (such as your "Onboarding Completed" status). This data is not used for tracking.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
Since all data is stored locally, you have total control. Deleting the App will remove all local storage and (depending on your iCloud settings) your synced data.
8. Support Communications
If you contact us via support links, we receive your email address and provided info solely to assist with your request.
- No Marketing: We do not use these addresses for newsletters or advertisements.
- No Selling: We never sell or share your contact information with third parties.
